Resident Complaints
By Resolution 2026-09, adopted February 19, 2026, all resident complaints must be submitted in writing, via the proper form.
By requiring complaints in writing,
-It will help to ensure a more complete understanding of the nature of the complaint;
-Help facilitate an investigation and provide internal tracking;
-Show any patterns that may require a more in-depth look or greater action to resolve;
-Offer a way to contact residents, should additional information or follow-up be necessary.
This form should be used to report all resident complaints and concerns, including requests for maintenance or possible violations of any Township rules, regulations and Ordinances.
Forms must be completed in their entirety and be legible to be accepted by the Township.

Paper copies are also available at the Township building.
Completed forms can be submitted in-person during regular office hours, mailed in or submitted via email.
