Southwestern Lehigh County Comprehensive Plan
This Comprehensive Plan was funded in part by Lehigh County and in part by a grant from the Land Use Planning Technical Assistance Program, as administered by the Governor's Center for Local Government Services, Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development.
What is the Comprehensive Plan?
This Comprehensive Plan is intended to establish overall policies for the development and conservation of the Southwestern Lehigh County Region over the next 15 years. The Region includes the Boroughs of Alburtis, Emmaus, and Macungie and Lower Macungie, Lower Milford and Upper Milford Townships. This Plan is not by itself a regulation, but it is intended to provide the policy direction for changes to the municipalities' development regulations.
