Township Sewer & Water
Aside from the Village of Limeport that is connected to the Limeport Wastewater Treatment Plant and a portion of the Beverly Hills development that is connected to public water, all other homes within the Township have on-lot wells and septic systems.

Resolution 2025-8 - Sewage Use Billing Schedule
The Township cannot respond to alarms or service your connection. If you are connected to the sewer plant and there is an alarm or issue with your pump, please call Site Specific Design at 215-887-3730. Please state during your call with them that you live in Lower Milford Township.
