Quarry Information and Updates
On November 1, 2018, the Lower Milford Township Zoning Hearing Board denied the application of Gerryville Materials, Inc. The applicant has since filed an appeal with the Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas. The appeal was head in the County Court of Common Pleas on Wednesday, July 24, 2019. A decision has yet to be issued by the County.
